Thomas Motsoahae "Tom" Thabane (born 28 May 1939) is a Mosotho politician who was Prime Minister of Lesotho from June 2012 to March 2015. He was a member of the Lesotho Congress for Democracy (LCD) and served in the government of Prime Minister Pakalitha Mosisili from 1998 to 2006, but in 2006 he split from the LCD and formed the All Basotho Convention. After more than five years in opposition, he formed a coalition with other parties in the wake of the May 2012 parliamentary election and was appointed Prime Minister.

Thabane served as Principal Secretary for Health under Prime Minister Leabua Jonathan and then served in the government under the military regime that overthrew Jonathan and ruled the country from 1986 to 1993. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lesotho from 1990 to 1991, became an advisor to Prime Minister Ntsu Mokhehle in early 1995 and subsequently served as Foreign Minister in Mosisili's LCD government from June 1998 until June 2002. He then served as the Minister of Home Affairs and Public Safety from June 2002 until November 2004, when he became Minister of Communications, Science and Technology. He resigned from the government on October 9, 2006, and formed a new party, the All Basotho Convention (ABC).

Honourable Tlali Khasu was the Deputy Leader of the All Basotho Convention Kobo-Tata ea Basotho. He was appointed to the position of the Minister of Mining in June 2012 after being elected a Member of Parliament for Peka No. 17 in May 2012 to represent the All Basotho Convention (ABC) Political Party. Honourable Khasu holds an Msc Engineering Economist (Transport) from the University of Transport, Dresdent in Germany while he obtained a Diploma de Baealaureat at Lieceul Emmanuel Gojdu. Honourable Tlali Khasu was born at Ha Makhaketsa in Leribe on November 28, 1953. He is married with three children. He did his high school education at Peka High School.
